Driving in Area
IMPORTANT: Please do not drive more than 15mph down the neighborhood street. There are small children and pets that live in the area and neighbors have complained about guests driving too fast. Please remind all drivers in your group that will be staying with you.
Please Bag All Trash
Please do not put loose items in the outside trash cans. Rosshaven is in a rural area where municipal trash service is not available. We have to manually remove all trash from the outside cans. Please be courteous and place all trash items in the bags provided.
No Parties
No Smoking
This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.
No smoking anywhere on the premises. No smoking within 15 feet of the building.
Quiet Hours
Out of respect for neighbors quiet hours are from 10 PM – 9 AM
Occupancy
No additional guests beyond reservation may stay the night
Pets
- Please keep pets upstairs.
- Pets are not allowed in the theater & game room areas.
- Keep pets on a a leash when outside.
