Garbage
Garbage cans can be found on the South East side of the house. If they become full during your stay please call or text us to arrange for the garbage cans to be emptied.
Young Guests
A pack-n-play and booster seat are located in the laundry room. If used please leave the sheet on the floor in the laundry room. A step stool and bath toys are in the cabinets in the upstairs bathroom off the hall.
Remotes
Please return remotes to their original location. We've included labels and velcro to help guide guests where to return them.
Exterior Doors
Please keep exterior doors closed as much as possible. Rosshaven is located in the beautiful mountains. Please help keep pests and wildlife outside by keeping exterior doors closed.
Pests
Help keep nature outside by keeping doors closed and keep the house tidy. Vacuum, broom and mop are available in the laundry room for use.
Insects are part of the environment. We regularly treat the house inside and out for pests. Please notify us if you feel there is an excessive issue of any kind and we will have our exterminator at the home to address your concern. Refunds for pests sightings will not be provided.
Septic System
Don't flush feminine hygiene products, q-tips, tissues, cotton balls, makeup wipes, baby wipes, paper towels, or trash.
Basement Door
The basement exterior door is for emergency use only.
First Aid Kit
Located in the master bathroom cabinets.
